Totapuri mangoes are bigger sized mangoes which you use peelers to open it and the taste is sweet and not that sour. It’s like eating Indian mangoes in the Philippines although the size and color of it differs. I will showcase Totapuri mangoes on tomorrows’ article so that you can also see what they look like since here in India, they do have varieties of mangoes as I have showcase some of it like the Alphonso mangoes which is the most expensive mango of all.
You can add carrots, red cabbage and corn kernels to you garden salad as some also include red beets into it. If you’re not that vegetarian, you can add boiled eggs and put your favorite salad dressing. What I used for my salad dressing here is the ready made Thousand Island dressing.
Here are the other Salad Dressings for you to select on your delish salad:

A salad a day is very healthy to consider especially you can encourage your kids to like veggies and salad is the right way to start. You can create more interesting salads to your family by being creative and I can say that I will also be searching ways to apply other types of salads on my menu and on this blog.
Just be sure that your Fresh garden salad will be really that fresh. Buying organic products and veggies will be that expensive but this depends on your budget. If your budget does not suggest buying organics, then just buy fresh veggies and be sure to wash those vegetables and fruits carefully and neatly by using veggie wash. What we regularly use and I always have it in my kitchen was Tiens vegetable wash. Not promoting the product, just stating that this was the one I prefer to use for my family’s safety eating raw veggies. I need to be careful eating raw since I am pregnant so every time I prefer my food, I always wash them with this one. Hope I have encouraged you again to be positive in life, be healthy and serve your family a healthy meal!
