Foods that You Like: I like all foods but not with curry and too spicy
Foods that you don't like: Anything but not spicy and with curry
Foods that you can prepare with eyes closed:any
Favorite Chef: European Chef

Your Food Quote: All Food is delicious to eat although you need to be careful not to get high blood or hypertension.
Recipe you like to share: Crab Shanghai

ingredients:
crab meat
garlic
onions
carrots
potatoes
celery
salt
powdered pepper
maggi seasoning
cooking oil

Procedures:Pre-heat the casserole,put little amount of cooking oil,add garlic then make it little brown,add onions,crab meat,potatoes,carrots and celery, season to taste by adding little amount of salt and Maggi seasoning,cook for 3 mins then remove from the casserole.wrap it by shanghai size, then fry until slightly golden brown,serve with catsup or vinegar with little sugar,crashed garlic and a dash of salt.

Fruity Smoothie

Shake it!
1 cup strawberries, hulled
1/3 cup frozen blueberries
2 bananas, peeled and cut into chunks
1/2 cup orange juice
1 1/2 cups plain yogurt
1 tablespoon soy milk powder
